Natasha Caplan is a Practice Manager at Headon Forest Animal Hospital with a strong passion for supporting veterinary teams, protecting patient wellbeing, and promoting compassionate care. Her background includes guiding clients through pet loss, humane euthanasia planning, end-of-life experiences, and bereavement support. She brings this focus into practice leadership by supporting both clients and veterinary team members who may face compassion fatigue and burnout. Natasha completed the AAHA Animal Hospice and Palliative Care Certificate course in 2022, earned Fear Free certification in 2024, and has completed continuing education in euthanasia ethics and modern end-of-life care.

Dr. Liz Stelow is a board-certified veterinary behaviorist. She teaches at UC Davis and Washington State University veterinary schools and serves as Chief Behaviorist for Pet Allies, a virtual behavior service. Her clinical focus is on cats and dogs, though she has also published on psittacines. She recently edited and published a book on feline behavior and is working on another.

She currently serves as the inaugural Executive Associate Dean for the proposed DVM program at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Nevada.
