He is passionate about helping veterinary leaders turn financial and operational data into meaningful action.

Martin is an entrepreneur who loves the business of business — putting the pieces together to create meaningful workplaces and add value for clients. He's currently the founder and CEO of VetBooks, the industry's leading veterinary bookkeeping firm. He also advises several companies in the veterinary space and passionately advocates for independent veterinary practices. When he's not working, he likes to hike and ski and hang out with his wife, two grown kids and lovable street-dog named Austin.

Nicole Creed is the founder of EquiCare, the connected horse-management platform modernising the way riders, owners, and stables manage their horses, and co-founder of The Riders Retreat, an equestrian wellness event series. After years of competing internationally across Australia, the US, and France, she built EquiCare to solve a problem she lived every day as a rider — no proper system for managing a horse's health, training, competitions, and goals in one place. Before EquiCare she spent years in large-scale event production and management, running international events, music festivals, and creative projects. She is currently expanding EquiCare into the UK, European, and US markets.
